This Privacy Policy explains how MySportsPix Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the PIX mobile app and the mysportspix.io website (together, "the Services").

We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Services.

When you make in-app purchases through PIX, we receive purchase confirmations and subscription status from Apple. We do not see or store your payment card details. We use this data to provide you with access to purchased features and to understand purchase patterns at an aggregate level.

Under UK GDPR, we must have a legal basis for each use of your personal data.

4. Who we share your data with

We use the following third parties as data processors. Each operates under written terms requiring them to protect your data to a standard equivalent to ours.

Mixpanel — provides product analytics. We send pseudonymous usage events and your PIX user ID to Mixpanel to understand how features are used and to improve the app. Mixpanel does not use this data for cross-app tracking or advertising. Mixpanel's privacy policy: mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Supabase Inc. — provides authentication, database, file storage, and real-time event distribution. Hosted on AWS infrastructure.

Resend — delivers transactional emails such as sign-up confirmations and password resets.

RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives Apple purchase receipts and your PIX user ID to validate purchases and provide subscription management. RevenueCat does not see or store your payment card details. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy

Apple Inc. — provides App Store distribution, push notification delivery, and, if applicable, in-app purchase processing. Apple's privacy policy applies to data Apple collects directly: apple.com/legal/privacy

Expo and Expo Application Services (EAS) — provides app build and over-the-air update infrastructure.

We rely on sports data from Opta and ESPN to populate match information, scores, and statistics. These providers do not receive personal data about you.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

5. International transfers

Some of our processors store or process data outside the UK and EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on UK-approved safeguards, principally the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by emailing privacy@mysportspix.io.

You can request earlier deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. See Section 8.

You can delete your PIX account at any time by:

When you delete your account, your account data and personal information will be deleted within 30 days. Your gameplay history will be deleted or fully anonymised. Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so, such as financial records or fraud prevention records.

9. Children's privacy

PIX is rated 13+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please email privacy@mysportspix.io and we will delete it.

For users aged 13 to 17 in the United Kingdom, we apply the principles of the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code: we minimise the data we collect, do not use profile-based targeting, and apply privacy-by-default settings.

We take security seriously and apply industry-standard measures including the following:

No system is 100% secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the ICO in accordance with UK GDPR Article 33.

11. Cookies and tracking

The mysportspix.io website uses a minimal set of cookies for site functionality and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work without them.

The PIX iOS app does not use cookies. It does use device identifiers (IDFV, push token) as described in Section 2.

We do not use cross-site or cross-app tracking technologies.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email before they take effect.
