1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PIX — the sports-prediction games service available as a mobile app and at mysportspix.app (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by My Sports Pix Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15907194, registered office Bluebell Cottage Upper End, Fulbrook, Burford, England, OX18 4BX) ("PIX", "we", "us").

By creating an account, or by using the Service as a guest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You can contact us through the in-app Support form (Profile → Support) or at info@mysportspix.io.

2. What PIX is (and is not)

PIX offers free-to-play sports prediction and puzzle games, including live match prediction (Grid Game), daily puzzles (Puzzle Pix), season-long table prediction (Title Race), and fantasy-style drafting (Draft Pix), together with leaderboards, leagues, streaks, XP, badges and cosmetic items.

PIX is a skill-and-knowledge entertainment service. It is not gambling. No game on PIX requires a stake, and no game pays out money or anything with monetary value. Predictions are free to make; scores, leaderboard positions, Pixels, XP, badges and cosmetics have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

PIX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, FIFA, UEFA, the FA, any football club, player, tour, or any other sports organisation. Team names, player names, and fixture information are used solely to identify real-world sporting events for the purpose of the games. All club and competition trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Who can use PIX

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, and you may not make purchases without their consent. We may ask for verification and may suspend accounts we reasonably believe do not meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You need an account for most features (a limited guest mode is available on the web). You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and not share, sell, or transfer your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

You may choose a display name and username. Names and any other content you submit must not be offensive, misleading, infringing, or impersonate any person or organisation. We may change or remove names and content that break this rule.

5. Fair play

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, bots or scripts; manipulate scores, leaderboards or leagues (including through multiple accounts or collusion); interfere with the Service or attempt to access it by any means other than the app and website we provide; or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law. We may remove scores, revoke rewards, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating or abuse.

6. Pixels and cosmetic items

"Pixels" are PIX's virtual currency. Pixels can be earned in the app (for example through daily claims, streaks and rewards) and purchased in packs. Pixels can be spent only on cosmetic items within the Service (such as avatars, banners and emoji reactions).

Pixels and cosmetic items: (a) are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use those features within the Service, not property; (b) have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, traded or sold; (c) may be modified, rebalanced or discontinued as part of changes to the Service. Purchased Pixels are delivered immediately on purchase. Except where the law requires otherwise (see Section 8), purchases of Pixels are non-refundable once delivered.

7. PIX+ subscription

PIX+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features — currently including access to the full puzzle archive, members-only leagues, a doubled daily Pixel claim, streak protection (up to two restores per calendar month), and a PIX+ badge with exclusive cosmetics. Features may evolve over time; if we make a change that materially reduces what PIX+ includes, you can cancel before your next renewal.

Pricing is shown in the app at the point of purchase. PIX+ renews automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Promotional pricing (for example founding-member offers) applies for the period stated in the offer and renews at the then-standard price.

How you subscribed determines how you manage and cancel:

• iOS (App Store): the subscription is billed and managed by Apple. Cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings; Apple's terms and refund process apply.
• Web (card payment): billed by us via our payment provider (Stripe). You can manage or cancel any time via Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, which opens your billing portal.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep PIX+ features until the end of the period you have paid for. Subscription fees for a started period are non-refundable except as set out in Section 8 or where the law requires.

8. Your cancellation rights (UK/EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. For PIX+ purchased on the web, you can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and receive a refund, less a proportionate charge for the service already provided. For Pixels, by purchasing you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the Pixels are credited. For purchases made through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty or not as described.

9. User content

You keep ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as names, avatars and reactions), and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it for operating and promoting the Service (for example, showing your display name and results on leaderboards and share cards). You are responsible for what you submit. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.

10. Notifications and communications

The app can send push notifications (for example match alerts, friend requests, and game reminders) — you control these through in-app settings and your device settings. We may send you service emails about your account or purchases. Marketing communications, if any, will include an opt-out.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://mysportspix.io/privacy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, including analytics you can switch off in Profile → Privacy. The Privacy Policy forms part of your agreement with us.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

The Service depends on live sports data supplied by third parties; fixtures, statistics and scoring may occasionally be delayed, corrected or unavailable, and we may adjust game results to correct data errors. We may add, change or withdraw features (including games, leagues, and cosmetic items), and may suspend the Service for maintenance. We will not exercise these rights in a way that removes something you have paid for without an appropriate remedy (such as a proportionate refund or replacement).

13. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, game formats and content (excluding your content and third-party sports data), is owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

14. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms (including cheating), if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will give reasonable notice where practicable). On termination your licence to use Pixels, cosmetics and PIX+ features ends; if we terminate without cause or discontinue the Service, we will refund a fair proportion of any unused paid subscription period.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that: we provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, but free features are provided "as is"; we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses (the Service is for personal use). Our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

16. Apple-specific terms (iOS app)

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for any product claims, third-party IP claims, or legal compliance relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government restricted-party list.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time (for example, for new features or legal reasons). For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. If you continue using the Service after the changes take effect, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and, if you have an active web subscription, cancel it; if a material change disadvantages you mid-subscription, you may cancel and receive a proportionate refund of any prepaid unused period.

18. General

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply if you are in the EU). If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business provided your rights are not reduced.
